All about Genshin Impact! (NOT SPONSORED!)

Hey guys! Are you surprised that I know A LOT about Genshin Impact (GI)? Just to give you a brief introduction about what Genshin Impact is, it's a video game that you can play on a mobile phone or on PC. Here are things you need to know about  GI. What does Genshin consists of? Genshin consists of anime characters, and also fighting bosses and enemies while exploring fantasy worlds! Tevyat is the main world, but there's also other fictional regions, like Inazuma or Liyue. I find that some of the regions are based from different countries. Like Inazuma (which is to your left), it looks like Japan's cherry blossom on the background. There are tons of similarities within these regions, but there are also some features that can be used in Genshin Impact. In GI, the storyline is about 2 lost twins separated from each other by an unknown goddess. It will prompt you to choose a twin, or A.K.A a traveller for you to use on your journey. You have to explore regions to find each oth

Different Types of Poetry

Hello! In today's blog, I'm going to unveil some different poems that I learnt at school. Poems, I think, are a great way to express yourself. While making poems, I find the process of writing them really fun. So let's get started! Haikus Haikus originated from Japan. Haikus are short line of poetry, but that's not all. There are a few compulsory rules that need to be followed by making haikus; 1. There are only three lines in a haiku 2. The first line needs to have 5 syllables, the second line 7 syllables and the last line is 5 syllables 3.There are no more than 17 syllables in the whole poem Now, you might be wondering by Rule 2. That's what makes haikus more challenge to compose. But if you want an even bigger challenge, then when you're writing, you shouldn't give away what you're writing about. Like, for example:                                                            Books                                                      Fun, imaginative

6 Tips on How to Be Productive

Hi guys! In today's blog, I'll be explaining 6 tips and tricks on how to be productive. Being productive is a really good thing to focus on so that you can be busy in a day. So if you want to get lots of work done in just less than 24 hours, or you find it hard to do lots of things in a day, then read on! 1. Avoid multitasking I truly believe in this because in a website called Next Big Idea Club, "Multitasking reduces your efficiency and performance because your brain can only focus on one thing at a time." Whenever I do my work, I always do one thing at a time so that I can produce work that is up to my standards. I think that if you do more than 1 thing at the same time, it will cause a lot of stress, since your brain can only focus on 1 thing. It only concentrates on 1 thing because so that you can do your best in your work. 2. Set some goals and/or reminders Sometimes, you tend to forget lots of things because maybe you have a thing on the back of your mind. So y

My First Time in Le Cordon Bleu High Tea!

Image
Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand Inside the restaurant, we (as in my family) were with servers beckoning us inside. Sets of tables were laid out with napkins and cutleries. The only difference was that the cutleries were smaller, and also that the napkins were used for wiping our food in our mouths. The waiter carried a box of Dilmah tea leaves and elaborated about the tea leaves. Who knew tea leaves needed a lot of explaining? Ninang and I picked earl grey tea and Mum rose vanilla. While waiting, I looked around. The atmosphere was buzzing, the room filled with chatter. But at the same time, unusually peaceful. After a while, the server brought three teapots; one for Mum, one for Ninang and one for me. I poured my tea and smelled it. I could smell its fragrance ushering to my nostrils. I poured some milk to my tea and a few teaspoons of sugar. I sipped my tea. A rush of warmth billowed to my stomach, which sent me goosebumps that prickled through my skin. Now all I had to do was wait patien

Food Review: Hey Ramen Wellington

Image
Restaurant : Hey Ramen Date of Visit : Feb.17.2024 Location : The Majestic Centre, Ground Floor/100 Willis Street, Wellington 6011 Food : Miso Ramen Comment : I liked the Miso Ramen for it was nice and warm. The noodles were chewy and it was a delicious treat. The only thing was after I finished eating this, it left a slightly salty aftertaste in my tongue. Like most visits, the serving of the noodles were more satisfying compared to this visit.  Rating : ⭐⭐⭐ ☆☆  (average) -------------------------------------------------------------- Food : Tonkotsu Ramen Comment : Like the Miso Ramen, the soup broth is just warm and the portion of the ramen is lesser compared to our previous visits. We usually choose Hey Ramen as our go-to food here Wellington CBD because we're (as in my family) a fan of Japanese cuisines especially ramen. The stock is lacking of flavours from the pork bones and other ingredients that were added into the dish. Rating : ⭐⭐⭐ ☆☆ (average as well) Atmosphere :⭐⭐⭐
