First food: "Northern Style Bibimbap Rice", rice with egg, luncheon meat or beef, roasted seaweed and secret sauce

The Dumpling Company

I'm a biased fan of anything beef, so when I saw beef as one of the following options, I didn't hesitate and chose beef as my meat for the dish. I've gotta say, the beef had a tinge of spice to it and had a nice kick to it, which spiced things up (do you get the joke?) and made the meat more appetising. It was perfect for a person with a weak spice-tolerance like me. The egg that was atop the minced beef was cooked to exactly how I like it; the yolk runny, but partially cooked. It tasted similar to the homemade bibimbap, and it was weirdly nostalgic when I first tried it. But the rice had an excessive quantity, and usually, the rice would be the same quantity as the dish that comes with it, so I wasn't expecting a huge amount of rice served to me. It was a great filling meal, but perhaps if there was one thing to improve it, it would to lessen the rice a little bit, and add more beef into the bibimbap.

Second food: Tender Beef Brisket, or pho* chin
(*Vietnamese traditional noodles)

 Pho Viet Street Food

This is the best meal to devour when the weather is having its mood swings and is changing every 10 minutes. Rain or shine, it's a hot bowl of noodles. Nothing beats a hot bowl of noodles when you're devastatingly cold and hungry and have nowhere to eat, right? What I liked about this particular bowl of pho chin was everything that it consisted of. The pile of bean sprout that was placed atop the bowl, the delicious tender beef brisket that was soft and tasted like heaven, the broth that was a tad sweet but also somehow still broth-like. All of those things (plus the noodles) together made the best pho chin I've ever tasted! I was not disappointed and slurped the noodles like I hadn't eaten a single bite of anything in a week. I was then very full. Full, and satisfied.
