some delicious goodies!

First food: Oreo Round Donut, a donut filled with cream, with crumbs of crushed oreos on top

⏺ New World Metro Willis Street

I am going to confess something to you. I have never ever found a donut that is not overpowering with chocolate, jam, or some sort of sweet substance. And particularly one that is satisfying. But I never knew that I would find a marvelous-tasting donut in a grocery store. I saw this and another donut that I'm reviewing today in the shelf, and they looked like something out of a high tea, since the round treats looked so visually appealing. It looked fresh, and for once, unlike other donuts that I've tried in NZ, it was fresh. There was also other unique flavours that were in stock, not simple flavours like hazelnut, strawberry, or jam filled donuts. There was ube and lotus biscoff donuts, fruit tarts even, and a lot more. I loved the variety there was in stock, and the options looked delicious, and tasted good.

Second food: Mango Cream Donut, a donut filled with cream, with mango mixed with the cream

⏺ New World Metro Willis Street

I love anything mango flavoured. Mango peelable gummies (real thing by the way), mango donuts, mango itself, mango lassi, you name it. I already knew that when I laid my eyes upon this mango flavoured beauty that it would be the most extraordinary thing I would've ever tasted. And, luckily, this donut did not disappoint. It was sweet, but balanced out by the whipped cream. It wasn't too much of mango, and vice versa with the whipped cream. It was right in the middle, and it was perfect. It was also a very filing treat for a donut, so I wasn't at all expecting to be full once I had devoured it all. If you are huge sucker for anything mango flavoured, then this treat is the best for you~!
